Frontgrade Technologies announces the appointments of key members of its leadership team

Frontgrade Technologies (“Frontgrade”), a leading independent provider of highly reliable, advanced electronics solutions for space and national security missions, today announced the appointments of Allen Couture as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Kevin Fox as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). , with immediate effect. After outgoing COO Neil Dial and CFO Conrad Gagnon announced their intentions to retire earlier this year, the company conducted a comprehensive search for their successors, resulting in the announcement of two new members of the leadership team today.

Couture brings more than 25 years of operational, engineering and program management experience with leading aerospace, defense and automotive companies, including RTX, Ford Motor Company, Bombardier Aerospace and Hawker Beechcraft. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Executive Excellence at Mercury Systems after a 10-year career at Raytheon, culminating in his role as Vice President of Operations and Security at Raytheon Missiles & Defense.

Fox joins Frontgrade from his position as Chief Financial Officer of Thermon Group Holdings, Inc., where, in addition to leading the company’s financial strategy, he led its accounting, corporate development and information technology functions. Fox brings to Frontgrade nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy in the industrial manufacturing and transportation industries, including 13 years at General Electric.

Couture earned a master’s degree in operations management from York University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from McMaster University. Fox earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
