Two antitrust lawyers rejoin Freshfields’ Wilson Sonsini

Jamillia Ferris and Matthew McDonald have rejoined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as partners in the Washington, D.C. office, according to an announcement made this week.

Ferris and McDonald represent clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice in merger matters and civil investigations, the firm said.

Ferris will be one of two co-heads of Wilson Sonsini’s antitrust and competition practice.

Most recently they both served at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
