JAMB 2024: Man Releases UTME Results 7 Children Who ‘Prayed Too Much’ During Exam Create Confusion

Minister of Worship, Miracle Ifeanyi Moyong, excitedly shared the Unified Matriculation Examination (UTME) results of seven children who prayed fervently during the JAMB examination.

In a Facebook post, Miracle shared the results and sharply criticized those who criticized the children for praying too often.

Balancing the JAMB exam, studying and praying

He said they loved God and their books and did not allow any of them to suffer due to neglect. The minister maintained that prayer should not interfere with studies and vice versa.

Miracle added that one should not be lazy and put academic failures on prayer.

He posted the following UTME scores: Sister Mercy O. 292, Brother Shalom 268, Brother H. 204, Sister Favor 217, Paul 204, Joshua O. 250 and Prosper 244.

Minister Miracle’s Facebook post reads in part:

“…We pray doesn’t mean we don’t read!!!

“We are great people!!! We love God, we love our books!!!

“Prayer does not stop us from reading.

“Nor should reading stop us from praying.

“Guess what at jamb time we prayed every day and they were still reading… Don’t be lazy and blame it on prayer!!!”

JAMB stated that in UTME 2024, 4.2% of candidates scored 250 and above.

Fasting boy shares his UTME result

Meanwhile, Legit.ng We had earlier reported that a boy cried on social media after seeing his UTME result.

A devastated Olumide questioned God about his result, saying he didn’t expect it at all. He said he started JAMB exam lessons in October 2023, read, prayed and fasted.

While lamenting on Facebook, Olumide revealed that he scored 225 marks when appearing for the 2023 JAMB examination. Olumide shared a screenshot of his UTME result which he checked via SMS code.
