Software and design services provider Silvaco is pricing its IPO at $19, its highest price


Silvaco Group, which provides design automation software and semiconductor IP solutions, raised $114 million by offering 6 million shares at $19, the high end of the $17 to $19 range.

Silvaco provides computer-aided design (TCAD) software, electronic design automation (EDA) software, and semiconductor intellectual property (SIP) that enable semiconductor and photonics companies to increase productivity, reduce time to market, and reduce development efforts and costs production. Its customers include semiconductor manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers and original design manufacturers who implement Silvaco solutions in production flows in target markets including displays, power devices and automotive.

The Silvaco Group plans to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the symbol SVCO. Jefferies and TD Securities acted as joint bookrunners for this transaction.
