Nextech3D.AI will receive a six-figure contract in May to create 3D artificial intelligence models

Nextech3D.AI (OTCQX: NEXCF) (CSE: NTAR) (FSE: EP2) received an order in May for more than 1,000 3D artificial intelligence (AI) models and more than 4,000 digital 3D AI photos, with both orders worth halfway through six years of action figures.

On Friday, the company announced that it believes it can break through to profitability in 2024 by increasing revenues at an 80 percent profit margin while reducing operating costs through investments in patented artificial intelligence.

Currently, the company also cooperates with Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) and other e-commerce retailers including Kohls. Nextech3D.ia also offers integration with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify (TSX: SHOP), BigCommerce and WooCommerce, which implemented 3D and augmented reality and set the standard for Web 3.0.

“This enterprise customer has seen significant return on investment in 3D models in e-commerce and is now accelerating 3D model purchases,” said Nexttech3D.ai CEO Evan Gappelberg.

“Shopify saw up to a 93 percent increase in CTR, a 250 percent increase in conversions, and a 40 percent decrease in returns by implementing 3D/AR models on their eCommerce sites.”

According to Gappelberg, both large and small companies are now showing growing interest not only in 3D AI models, but also in 3D AI digital renderings, which we now offer alongside models to increase their value.

The e-commerce landscape is rapidly evolving as consumers demand more interactive and immersive shopping experiences. AI and 3D modeling technologies meet these requirements, ensuring dynamic, immersive and personalized shopping journeys.

The largest brands use 3D models when shopping

The transformation from 2D to 3D modeling in e-commerce is led by artificial intelligence. It also represents a significant, multi-decade change. Major brands and companies, including Amazon, are implementing 3D models and augmented reality (AR) shopping.

As a leader in this change, Amazon is moving all of its product images from traditional 2D models to 3D, setting a new standard in online retailing. Nextech3D.ai delivers tens of thousands of 3D models per month to Amazon, contributing to this revolutionary e-commerce movement.

Amazon Prep has documented several significant benefits of using 3D and AR models.

Since 2018, the number of customers viewing products in AR on Amazon has increased eightfold. In 2022, enabling AR virtual try-ons on shoes and glasses or viewing product information in 3D doubled the average purchase conversion rate.

Additionally, a 2022 survey of over 2,000 Amazon customers found that 94 percent would use the virtual try-on feature again. See in Your Room has also been shown to increase sales by an average of 9 percent when enabled in your product listing. Beyond these immediate improvements, 3D content from Nextech3D.AI offers extended benefits. It allows you to reuse 3D assets beyond the detail page itself, saving you money in product photography by using 3D renders instead of traditional photos.

What’s more, these 3D assets make it easy to quickly create lifestyle images or other brand marketing content without having to set up a studio. Moreover, 3D content creators can use these assets to create animations, videos, and interactive or animated infographics, improving their overall marketing strategy.

Nextech3D.AI introduces a new search engine based on artificial intelligence

In the first quarter of 2024, Nextech3D.AI launched its own 3D model search engine based on artificial intelligence, significantly increasing its production capabilities. Using Nvidia GPUs, this search engine quickly searches Nextech’s extensive internal library of over 200,000 3D models, identifying close matches to input images and increasing production by 40%. This development highlights Nextech’s commitment to innovation and its leadership in providing 3D models for e-commerce and augmented reality.

Gappelberg also highlighted the engine’s impact, noting significant productivity gains that promise to boost the company’s profitability in 2024. The AI tool, developed by Nextech’s in-house team, showcases the company’s technical expertise and ongoing efforts to patent new technologies.

Nextech’s AI mesh search tool features advanced algorithms for fast and precise searches, an intuitive user interface for ease of use, and an extensive mesh database that supports a wide range of industries, streamlining 3D artists’ workflows and increasing overall productivity.

This initiative is part of a broader trend of significant investments in artificial intelligence, which involves, among others: MetaLaboratories (NASDAQ: META), OpenAI and Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) is rapidly expanding its AI GPU acquisitions to advance its technologies and capabilities.

Even more younger companies like it WERSY AI Inc. (CBOE: VERS) (OTCQB: VRSSF) show the power of this technology.
