Kirk, the conversation is yours.

Kirk Davis: Thank you, Tomek, and I wish you all a nice afternoon. Thank you for joining us on our first quarter 2024 earnings conference call. Joining me today from our office in Chelmsford, MA is Kelly Waller, our senior vice president of sales and marketing, and David Garrison, our chief financial officer. Kelly and David were the first two new principals I placed last fall. We are fortunate to have assembled an exceptionally strong leadership team. Our team consists of both experienced managers who have played a key role in our company for many years, as well as new leaders whom we have recruited to lead sales, finance and the newly established transformation office led by David Fisher. We’ll discuss our first quarter results in much more detail later in the call.

However, I would like to emphasize right away that in the case of the same store, the first quarter was our company’s best result in terms of revenues over the last 5 quarters (-3.5%). We are convinced that we are creating a sustainable growth engine for our company. More broadly, I’d like to review the progress we’re making with our Elevate program. Launched in October last year, Project Elevate aims to push us towards greater agility, innovation, organic growth and customer centricity, ensuring we exceed the expectations of our stakeholders. Our Elevate program is constantly evolving and focused around 4 key areas and workstreams. The first is the transformation of our sales and marketing. While sales are not over yet, we have almost completed the restructuring and expansion of our sales and marketing organization.
